近红外光谱法是一种简单、快速、无损、无污染的新型、绿色分析方法.本文旨在利用近红外光谱技术快速、准确地测定纺织品中棉和氨纶的含量.实验收集了包括包芯纱、牛仔布在内的具有不同颜色、不同厚度、不同编织方法以及不同比例的棉/氨纶混纺样品,采集其近红外光谱图,采用偏最小二乘(Partial Least Squares,PLS)法建立了定量分析模型,用于样品中棉和氨纶的含量测定.测定结果符合GB/T 29862-2013《纺织品 纤维含量的标识》中对纺织品标签的含量允差要求,表明该方法可用于纺织品棉/氨纶纤维含量的测定以及纤维含量标识的符合性检验.
Conformity Inspection of Fiber Content by Near-Infrared Spectroscopy
Near-Infrared Spectroscopy(NIR)is a novel,green analytical method that is simple,rapid,non-destructive,and pollution-free.This article aims to apply NIR spectroscopy on rapid and accurate quantification of cotton and spandex content in textile products.A variety of cotton/spandex blend samples,including core-spun yarns and denim fabrics,differing in color,thickness,weave structure,and composition,were gathered for spectral acquisition.Partial Least Squares(PLS)regression was employed to develop a quantitative analytical model for the determination of cotton and spandex content in samples.The results obtained meet the tolerance criteria stipulated in GB/T 29862-2013 Textiles-Identification of Fiber Content,demonstrating the applicability of this method for the identification of cotton/spandex content in textile products and for conformity inspection with declared content labels.
