摘要

在进出口贸易中,不同类型润滑油涉及的税号不同.正确地鉴别润滑油的类型,特别是烃类润滑油中成分相近的矿物油型润滑油与聚α烯烃(Polyalphaolefins,PAO)润滑油,对于海关税收管理、保护消费者权益具有重要意义.本研究基于红外光谱和高温气相色谱分析技术,通过分析矿物油型润滑油、PAO润滑油以及混合型烃类润滑油的红外光谱和气相色谱图,建立了一种烃类润滑油类型的鉴别方法,为海关进行润滑油监管提供了参考依据.

Abstract

Different H.S.codes are associated with various types of lubricating oils in import and export trade.It is of great significance for customs revenue management and consumer rights protection to correctly identify the types of lubricating oils,especially those hydrocarbon lubricants with similar compositions like mineral oil-based lubricants and polyalphaolefin(PAO)lubricants.This study,based on infrared spectroscopy and high-temperature Gas Chromatography analysis techniques,has established a method for identifying hydrocarbon lubricant types by analyzing the infrared spectra and gas chromatograms of mineral oil-based lubricants,PAO lubricants,and blended hydrocarbon lubricants,providing a reference for customs control of lubricating oils.
