Determination of Solvent Blue 4 in Textiles by HPLC with Magnetic Solid Phase Extraction
A method for the determination of solvent blue 4 in textiles sing HPLC coupled with magnetic solid phase extraction was developed. The sample was extracted with 20 mL methanol for 30 min at the temperature of 40℃using ultrasonic extraction.A total of 20 mg of Fe3O4@GO was employed as the adsorbent for the magnetic solid phase extraction.Following elution, dilution, and filtration, the solution was qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed by HPLC.Under optimal conditions,a good linear relationship existed in the range of 0.1-10.00 mg·L-1,the limits of detection(LOD)and the limits of quantitation(LOQ)were 0.2 and 0.5 mg·kg-1.The recoveries were in the range of 84.1%-93.8%,and the relative standard deviations(RSD,n=6)were between 2.57%and 6.05%.The method demonstrates high accuracy, simplicity, and reasonable recovery rates, making it suitable for the detection of solvent blue 4 in textiles.
