Determination of 20 Kinds of Pesticide Residues in Pholiota microspora by Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry
A gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)method was developed for the determination of 20 kinds of pesticide residues in Pholiota microspora. The samples were purified by Sep-Pak CarbonNH2 solid-phase extraction column, and the pesticides were identified and quantified by gas chromatogram-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)and external standard method in selected ion monitoring mode based on retention time and characteristic ion abundance ratios. The 20 pesticides in Pholiota microspora showed good linearity in the range of 0.01-0.50 μg/mL,with correlation coefficients greater than 0.995,and the limits of quantification were between 0.01-0.05 mg/kg.When the spiking concentration range was 0.01-0.5 mg/kg,the recovery rates were between 70.5%-108%,and the relative standard deviations were between 3.95%-12.6%.The results showed that the method was capable of stably, rapidly, and accurately detecting 20 pesticide residues in Pholiota microspora simultaneously, with precision and accuracy meeting the national standards for pesticide residue limits and regulations.
