摘要
近红外光谱法(Near-Infrared Spectroscopy,NIRS)是一种快速、高效、无损的分析方法,近年来在纺织品纤维含量测定中显示出广阔的应用潜力.本文介绍了NIRS测定纺织品纤维含量的原理、特点以及建模方法,综述了NIRS在纺织品纤维含量测定中的应用现状,探讨了其技术优势,分析了目前存在的问题和挑战,并对未来的发展进行了展望.
Abstract
Near-infrared spectroscopy(NIRS)is a rapid,highly efficient and non-destructive analytical method that has shown significant application potential in determining fiber content in textiles in recent years.This paper introduces the principles,characteris-tics and modeling methods of NIRS for determining fiber content in textiles,summarizes its current applications,discusses its technical advantages,analyzes existing problems and challenges,and provides an outlook on its future development.
