Study on Detection Methods for Multiple Pesticide Residues in Aquaculture Environment
s This study developed an analytical method for the simultaneous determination of 32 pesticides in aquaculture environments using an improved QuEChERS pre-treatment technology coupled with ultra-high performance liquid chroma-tography-tandem mass spectrometry by optimizing pre-treatment and instrument conditions. The sample was extracted with acetonitrile, purified with improved QuEChERS method, and separated using a C18 chromatographic column. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile and formic acid water, with mass spectrometry scanning mode operated in multi reaction monitoring(MRM).Quantification was performed using the external standard method. The detection limit of this method ranged from 0.003 to 0.015 mg/L,with a quantification limits from 0.01-0.05 mg/L,recovery rate 75%-113%,relative standard deviation 0.132%-6.73%.This method is simple, fast, and accurate, making it suitable for the simultaneous detection of 32 pesticides in aquaculture environments.
