石墨烯量子点荧光探针检测结球甘蓝中的马拉硫磷

本研究利用荧光共振能量转移原理(Fluorescence Resonance Energy Transfer,FRET),合成功能化石墨烯荧光探针用于检测结球甘蓝中的马拉硫磷.通过自下而上的方法对丝氨酸(L-Ser)、赖氨酸(L-Lys)和柠檬酸的混合物进行热解反应,得到功能化石墨烯量子点(S-L-GQDs).其与氨基修饰的马拉硫磷适配体(O-Aptm)通过共价连接,生成O-Aptm-S-L-GQDs连接物,表现出优异的荧光性能.氧化石墨烯(GO)与O-Aptm-S-L-GQDs作用引起荧光淬灭,在目标物马拉硫磷存在下,使得GO从O-Aptm-S-L-GQDs表面脱落而恢复荧光,进而指示体系中马拉硫磷的检测.本方法的线性范围为5~500 μg/L,相关系数R为0.9996,定量限为10.0 μg/kg,对结球甘蓝样品中马拉硫磷添加回收率为80.9%~107%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为 6.1%~8.9%.研究结果表明O-Aptm荧光探针法可用于马拉硫磷的快速检测,也为其他农药残留的快速检测提供了一种新的手段.
Detection of Malathion in Cabbage by Graphene Quantum Dot Fluorescent Probe
This study utilized the principle of Fluorescence Resonance Energy Transfer(FRET)to synthesize a functional graphene fluorescent probe for detecting malathion in cabbage.Functional graphene quantum dots(S-L-GQDs)were obtained via the pyrolysis of a mixture of serine(L-Ser),lysine(L-Lys),and citric acid using a bottom-up approach.These S-L-GQDs were covalently connected to an amino modified malathion aptamer(O-Aptm),forming O-Aptm-S-L-GQDs linkers,exhibiting excellent fluorescence properties.The interaction between graphene oxide(GO)and O-Aptm-S-L-GQDs results in fluorescence quenching.In the presence of the target substance malathion,GO falls offthe surface of O-Aptm-S-L-GQDs and restores fluorescence,indicating the detection of malathion in the system.The method demonstrated a linear range of 5-500 μg/L,with a correlation coefficient of 0.9996 and a quantification limit of 10.0 μg/kg.The recovery rate of malathion spiked in cabbage samples ranged from 80.9%to 107%,with relative standard deviations(RSD)between 6.1%and 8.9%.The research results indicate that the O-Aptm fluorescent probe method can be used for rapid detection of malathion,and also provides a promising approach for rapid detection of other pesticide residues.
