气相色谱-质谱法测定植物油中多环芳烃的不确定度分析

为进一步提高多环芳烃在实验室日常检测中的准确度,本研究采用气相色谱—质谱法检测植物油中16种多环芳烃的含量,通过建立数学模型,分析评估其检测过程的不确定度.结果显示,本次检测中16种多环芳烃的含量测定结果为1.650~2.244 μg/kg,不确定度为0.216~0.463,k=2.通过分析发现,在多环芳烃含量测定方法中,影响结果不确定度的主要因素为标准曲线拟合、标准溶液配制、测量次数等,因此检测时应适当增加校准点数、测量次数.
Uncertainty Analysis of Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons in Vegetable Oil by GC-MS
To improve the accuracy of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs)detectionin routine laboratory testing,gas chromatography-mass spectrometry was used to determine the content of 16 PAHs in vegetable oil.A mathematical model was established to ananlyze the uncertainty in the detection process.The results showed that the 16 PAHs contentsranged from 1.650 μg/kg to 2.244 μg/kg,with an uncertainty range of 0.216 to 0.463,k=2.In this study,the main factors affecting the uncertainty of PAHs are standard curve fitting,the preparation of standard solutions,and the number of measurements.To reduce uncertainty,it is recommended to increase the number of calibration points and measurement repetitions during testing.
