摘要
食品安全抽样是进出口食品安全监控的第一关,抽取样品的代表性将对整个监控质量的研判起到重要作用.而食品抽样过程中需要抽取多少样品才符合标准要求,是抽样人员需要重点关注的问题.我国食品检测相关标准通常对样品的数量有一定要求,本文根据多个国家标准和行业标准归纳总结了常用食品相关标准中对样品数量的特殊要求,以期对口岸一线食品监管起到一定的参考作用.
Abstract
Food safety sampling is the first step in import and export food safety monitoring,the representativeness of the samples taken will play an important role in the evaluation of the entire monitoring quality.The number of samples that need to be taken during the food sampling process to meet the standard requirements is an issue that samplers need to focus on.Food testing-related standards of China usually have certain requirements on the number of samples.This article summarizes the special requirements on the number of samples in commonly used food-related standards based on multiple national standards and industry standards,in order to serve as a reference for front-line food supervision at ports.
