摘要
本文针对烟花的特殊性和危险性,选取比较有代表性的中国标准、欧盟标准、美国标准和ISO标准,对其运输合规性要求及其危险性分类鉴定的特点进行分析探讨,总结国内外烟花危险性分类鉴定的特点及存在的问题,为我国烟花强制性标准GB 10631-2013《烟花爆竹 安全与质量》的修订提供技术依据,也为进一步完善我国进出口烟花检验管理办法积累基础.
Abstract
In consideration of the unique nature and inherent hazards associated with fireworks,this paper examines representative Chinese,European Union,American and ISO standards.It analyzes and discusses compliance requirements for transportation,as well as the characteristics of risk classification and identification.Furthermore,it summarizes the characteristics and issues pertaining to risk classification and identification of fireworks both domestically and internationally.This study aims to provide a technical foundation for revising China's mandatory standard GB 10631-2013 Safety and Quality for Fireworks,while also contributing to the enhancement of inspection and management methods for imported/exported fireworks in China.
