摘要

以1∶9的质量比将3种不同型号的硅丙乳液(硅丙乳液 1、硅丙乳液2、硅丙乳液3)分别与苯丙乳液复掺,然后与水泥等粉料按1∶1.5的质量比制成JS防水涂料并考察其性能.结果表明,与苯丙乳液制得的JS防水涂料相比,硅丙乳液1与苯丙乳液复掺制得的JS防水涂料拉伸强度和粘结强度最高,吸水率最低,但断裂伸长率会减小.优化复掺比例后发现,当硅丙乳液1的添加量为7.5%时,制得的JS防水涂料的拉伸强度、粘结强度、断裂伸长率和7 d吸水率分别为苯丙乳液制得的JS防水涂料的121%、125%、105%和84%,且符合GB/T 23445-2009标准的要求.

Abstract

Three different types of silicone acrylic emulsion(silicone acrylic emulsion 1,silicone acrylic emulsion 2,silicone acrylic emulsion 3)are mixed with styrene acrylic emulsion respectively at a mass ratio of 1∶9,and then mixed with cement and other powders at a mass ratio of 1∶1.5 to prepare JS waterproofing coating and to study its performance.The results show that compared with the JS waterproofing coating made of styrene acrylic emulsion,the JS coating made of silicone acrylic emulsion 1/styrene acrylic emulsion has the highest tensile strength and adhesive strength,the lowest water absorption,but the elongation at break will be reduced.After optimizing the mixing ratio,it is found that when the addition amount of silicone acrylic emulsion 1 is 7.5%,the tensile strength,adhesive strength,elongation at break and water absorption in 7 days of the JS waterproofing coating prepared are 121%,125%,105%and 84%respectively of the JS waterproofing coating prepared by styrene acrylic emulsion,and meet the requirements of GB/T 23445-2009 standard.
