屋面改造用丙烯酸防水涂料抗渗油性能研究

制备了一种可直接应用在老旧沥青防水卷材上的抗渗油丙烯酸防水涂料,研究了涂膜厚度、环境温度、乳液种类对丙烯酸防水涂料抗渗油性能的影响.结果表明:自制丙烯酸乳液制备的丙烯酸防水涂料拉伸强度可达3.4 MPa,断裂伸长率可达555%;涂膜厚度在1.50 mm以上时在自然环境温度下(低于50℃)可有效阻隔沥青防水卷材中的小分子油迁移至涂膜表面使其发黄,且自制丙烯酸乳液通过添加硅烷交联剂,可进一步提高涂料的抗渗油性能.
Research on Oil Impermeability of Acrylic Waterproofing Coating for Roof Renovation
A type of oil impermeability acrylic waterproofing coating is prepared,which can be directly applied on old bitumen waterproofing membrane.The effects of coating thickness,ambient temperature and emulsion type on oil impermeability of the acrylic waterproofing coating are studied.The results show that the tensile strength of acrylic waterproofing coating prepared by self-made acrylic emulsion can reach 3.4 MPa,and the elongation at break can reach 555%;when the coating thickness is more than 1.50 mm,it can effectively block the migration of oil with small molecule in the bitumen waterproofing membrane to the coating surface and make it yellow under natural environment temperature(below 50 ℃),and the self-made acrylic emulsion can further improve oil impermeability of the coating by adding silane crosslinking agent.
