T4 terminal of Urumqi Airport has a hyperboloid shaped metal roof,while architectural aesthetics is pursued,the metal roof also brings many challenges to the design and installation of the project.This article focuses on the design points,installation difficulties and innovative solutions adopted for the metal roof system,gutter system,skylight system,eaves honeycomb aluminum panel system and outdoor ceiling system of this project.
