摘要

考察了不同类型自粘聚合物改性沥青防水卷材搭接缝、T型搭接缝的不透水性,探讨了沥青防水涂料处理工艺、抹角处理工艺和双面自粘防水卷材处理工艺对T型搭接缝不透水性的影响.结果表明,自粘防水卷材的搭接缝不透水性均满足GB 55030-2022的要求;未处理的T型搭接缝在常温环境不透水性不合格;抹角处理后T型搭接缝的不透水性均满足GB 55030-2022的要求,无胎类自粘防水卷材建议优先采用沥青防水涂料处理T型搭接缝,不推荐双面自粘防水卷材处理工艺.

Abstract

The impermeability of different types of self-adhesive polymer modified bitumen waterproofing membrane lap joints and T-shaped lap joints is investigated,and the effects of bitumen waterproofing coating treatment process,corner treatment process and double-sided self-adhesive waterproofing membrane treatment process on the impermeability of T-shaped lap joints are discussed as well.Results show that the impermeability of the lap joints of self-adhesive waterproofing membranes meets the requirements of standard GB 55030-2022;the untreated T-shaped lap joints have poor impermeability in a normal temperature environment;after corner plastering treatment,the impermeability of the T-shaped lap joints meet the requirements of GB 55030-2022.It is recommended to use bitumen waterproofing coating to treat the T-shaped lap joints for self-adhesive waterproofing membranes without reinforcement,and double-sided self-adhesive waterproofing membrane treatment process is not recommended.
