以α,ω-二羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷(107胶)为基础聚合物,氢氧化镁/氢氧化铝复配为阻燃剂,通过单因素试验方式确定了阻燃剂的用量为40%,然后通过添加适当的扩链剂重点提高密封胶的延展性,制得具有较高性价比的阻燃有机硅密封胶.该密封胶的断裂伸长率为404%,工型试件的拉伸应变达到110%,100%定伸测试后试件无破坏且弹性恢复率高达92%,阻燃等级为FV-0级.
Preparation Method of a Kind of Flame Retardant Silicone Sealant
A type of flame retardant silicone sealant with high cost-effectiveness is prepared by using α,ω-dihydroxy polydimethylsiloxane(107 adhesive)as the base polymer;magnesium hydroxide/aluminum hydroxide compound as a flame retardant;through single factor testing,40%flame retardant is determined and added;then,appropriate chain extenders is added to improve the ductility of the sealant.The elongation at break of the sealant is 404%,and the tensile strain of the I-shaped test piece reaches 110%.After 100%elongation testing,the test piece is undamaged and has an elastic recovery rate of up to 92%,and the flame retardant grade is FV-0.
