Application of a Dealcoholized Crosslinking Agent with Function of Hydroxyl Scavenging in RTV-1 Silicone Rubber
The actual effect of a new type of JT-509 dealcoholizing crosslinking agent with hydroxyl scavenging function on improving the performance of single component dealcoholizing RTV-1 silicone rubber is studied through comparative experiments.The results show that compared to traditional methyltrimethoxysilane crosslinking agent,"Sealant 2"prepared with JT-509 performs better in storage stability,aging resistance and bonding performance;especially it can maintain good physical properties and bonding effects on various substrates after accelerated aging.
