选取多种硅烷偶联剂进行对比与复配,分析了其对密封胶固化速度、力学性能和粘结性能的影响.结果表明,KH-792因双氨基结构提升了固化速度和拉伸强度,而LY-178表现出优异的综合性能;采用LY-178与KH-792复配作为硅烷偶联剂,能够在不影响密封胶力学性能的基础上,显著增强密封胶对多种基材的粘结性能.
Application of Composite Silane Coupling Agent LY-178 in Silane Modified Polyether Sealant
Multiple silane coupling agents are selected for comparison and compounding,and their effects on the curing speed,mechanical properties and bonding performance of sealant are analyzed.The results indicate that KH-792 has improved curing speed and tensile strength due to its diamino-structure,while LY-178 exhibits excellent comprehensive performance.The use of LY-178 and KH-792 compound as a silane coupling agent can significantly enhance the bonding performance of the sealant to various substrates without affecting its mechanical properties.
