摘要
结合湖州苕溪整治后续工程南太湖未来之窗展厅项目中直立锁边金属屋面实例,介绍了直立锁边铝镁锰屋面板系统的优势和在异型钢结构曲坡屋面中应用的施工工艺与施工方案,重点阐述了该项目屋面系统的构造设计、屋面底板(压型钢板)、岩棉保温板、直立锁边屋面板等的吊运、铺设、安装与固定.
Abstract
Combined with the example of the standing seam metal roof of the Future Window Exhibition Hall in South Taihu Lake in Huzhou,this paper introduces the advantages of standing seam Al-Mg-Mn roof panel system and the construction technology and construction scheme applied in the curved slope roof of special shaped steel structure,and focuses on the structural design of the roof system,lifting,laying,installation and fixation of the roof base plate(profiled steel plate),rock wool insulation board,standing seam roof panel,etc.
