摘要

分析了北京地铁某运营线路车站通道渗漏水类型和渗漏原因,对变形缝渗漏采用注浆止水、安装内装可卸式止水带和接水盒处理.顶棚渗漏采用疏水性聚氨酯灌浆材料注浆并加装防水塑料板处理,侧墙渗漏采用水泥浆注浆、增设离壁沟处理等措施.上述综合治理措施有效解决了车站通道渗漏水问题.

Abstract

This paper analyzes the types and causes of water leakage of the station passage of some metro line in Beijing.For deformation joint leakage treatment,grouting sealing,installation of internal detachable waterstop and water receiver are used;the leakage of the ceiling is treated with hydrophobic polyurethane grouting material and waterproofing plastic panels;while the leakage of the side walls is treated with cement slurry grouting and the addition of off wall ditches.The above comprehensive treatment measures have effectively solved the problem of water leakage of station passages.
