摘要
以郑州市郑东新区中原AI科技谷EPC总承包项目地下室底板防水工程为例,阐述了地下室预铺反粘防水施工技术的应用.该项目防水设防等级为一级,采用了强力交叉层压膜自粘防水卷材+双面自粘防水卷材预铺反粘施工,并对后浇带、底板与侧墙交接处等细部节点进行了重点处理,保障了地下室底板防水质量.
Abstract
Taking the EPC general contracting project of Zhongyuan AI Technology Valley in Zhengdong New District,Zhengzhou City as an example,this paper elaborates on the application of pre-laid reverse adhering waterproofing construction technology in the basement.The waterproofing protection level of this project is Level 1,and strong cross-laminated film reinforced self-adhesive waterproofing membrane+double-sided self-adhesive waterproofing membrane are adopted by pre-laid reverse adhering construction technology.Treatment has been carried out for details such as post-casting strip,junction between floor and side wall,ensuring the waterproofing quality of the basement floor.
