防水材料与外墙装饰层材料的粘结性研究

摘要
探讨了防水新规下外墙防水材料包括水泥基防水材料、丙烯酸防水涂料、聚氨酯防水涂料与外墙装饰层材料(外墙腻子、瓷砖胶和一体板砂浆)的粘结性能,结果表明,水泥基防水材料与外墙腻子、瓷砖胶和一体板砂浆均具有较好的粘结性,满足相应的粘结强度要求,而丙烯酸防水涂料、聚氨酯防水涂料与外墙腻子、瓷砖胶和一体板砂浆的粘结性均欠佳,粘结强度不符合相关标准的要求.
Abstract
The bonding performance of external wall waterproofing materials including cement-based waterproofing material,acrylic waterproofing coating,polyurethane waterproofing coating and external wall decorative materials(external wall putty,tile adhesive and integrated board mortar)under the new waterproofing regulations are discussed.The results show that cement-based waterproofing materials have good bonding properties with external wall putty,tile adhesive and integrated board mortar,and meet the corresponding bonding strength requirements.However,the adhesion between acrylic waterproofing coating,polyurethane waterproofing coating and external wall putty,tile adhesive and integrated board mortar is not good,and the bonding strength does not meet the requirements of relevant standards.
