Research on Construction Performance Optimization of K11 Waterproofing Slurry
The effects of adding amount of water-reducing agent and thickener,retarder type and cement from different manufacturers on the flow performance of K11 waterproofing slurry are studied in this paper,and the effects of retarder type and cement from different manufacturers on the bonding strength of K11 waterproofing slurry are discussed as well.The results show that with the increase of the amount of water reducing agent or the decrease of the amount of thickener,the initial viscosity of the prepared waterproofing slurry decreases,and the operable time prolongs,but the improvement effect is not ideal;when the addition of sodium gluconate is 0.1%,the increase rate of slurry viscosity slowes down;when the amount of tartaric acid increases to 0.1%,the hydration reaction of cement is promoted and the viscosity of slurry increases rapidly;when the boric acid content increases to 0.2%,the viscosity increase rate of the slurry slowes down significantly,which can basically meet the construction requirements;cement from different manufacturers have a significant effect on the construction performance of K11 waterproofing slurry,initial viscosity of the slurry made from Huaxin cement is the smallest,and the construction performance is the best;when the amount of sodium gluconate and boric acid is too much,the bonding strength of waterproofing slurry will be reduced;the bonding strength of the slurry produced with cement from different manufacturers is slightly different.
