Discussion on Influencing Factors of the Tensile Strength of Polymer Pre-laid Waterproofing Membrane
The influence of the main material formula and production parameters(die opening,three-roll temperature,distance between the three-roll machine and the mold,speed difference of extrusion and three-roll machine,etc.)on the tensile strength of the main material of P-type polymer pre-laid waterproofing membrane is discussed through experimental analysis.In the scope of this study,when proper amount of metallocene polyethylene is introduced into the main material formula,the die opening is set to 0.90 mm,the three-roll temperature selects scheme 3,the distance between the three-roll machine and the mold is 12 cm,and the speed difference between the extrusion and the three-roll machine is 13％,the main material of polymer pre-laid waterproofing membrane——0.90 mm thick polyethylene sheet of good cost performance can be prepared.
