摘要
本文介绍了东方雨虹TPO轻量化光伏基座在唐山爱信佳工2.24 MWp光伏项目的应用.该项目在既有TPO单层屋面上使用TPO轻量化光伏基座,采用机械固定的方式进行安装,成功解决了在既有柔性屋面安装光伏系统的生根难问题;基座自带的TPO卷材和屋面原有TPO卷材进行热风焊接,防水严密,避免了屋面改造的渗漏隐患,同时创新性地解决了避雷系统对光伏系统安装的干扰问题.
Abstract
This paper introduces the application of TPO lightweight photovoltaic base from Oriental Yuhong in Tangshan Aisin Jiagong 2.24 MWp photovoltaic project.In this project,the TPO lightweight photovoltaic base is installed on the existing TPO single-layer roof by mechanical fixing,which successfully solves the rooting problem of installation of photovoltaic system on the existing flexible roof.The TPO of the base itself and the original TPO of the roof are welded together with hot air,to achieve tight waterproofing effect.This can avoid the hidden danger of leakage in the roof renovation,and innovatively solves the interference problem of lightning protection system on the installation of photovoltaic system.
