Optimization of Construction Technology for Tunnel Waterproofing Plate and Construction Joint in Complex Terrain
The construction treatment of waterproofing plate and construction joint of railway tunnel through complex terrain and landform has always been the technical difficulties concerned by the industry.Based on the Taihang Mountain Tunnel project of the Central and Southern Railways in Shanxi,this paper analyzes the geological conditions and possible leakage dangers of the project,introduces the waterproofing design adopted in the project,and puts forward a series of optimization measures such as waterproofing plate welding process,waterproofing plate fixation spacing,crack control technology and trapezoidal back stick type water stop technology according to the actual needs of the project.The application of this series optimization technology in engineering has received good results.
