城市污水混凝土构筑物防水防腐涂层服役状况评估技术研究

针对某城市污水厂混凝土防水防腐涂层的服役状况,进行了快速评估项的可行性分析,确定了污水环境下混凝土防水防腐涂层现场快速评估项为涂层的外观、厚度、附着力、红外热成像检测以及红外光谱分析.基于此,构建了城市污水混凝土构筑物防水防腐涂层服役状况现场快速评估技术体系,并以上海某污水处理厂的生物反应池为例进行了示例评估.结果显示,该池体的混凝土防水防腐涂层综合评估等级为Du级,处于失效状态,急需采取修复措施.
Study on Service Condition Evaluation Technology of Waterproofing and Anticorrosive Coating for Urban Sewage Concrete Structures
With regard to the service status of the concrete waterproofing and anticorrosive coating in a municipal sewage plant,the feasibility analysis of the quick evaluation items is carried out.The quick evaluation items of concrete waterproofing and anticorrosive coating in sewage environment are determined to be the appearance,thickness,adhesion,infrared thermal imaging detection and infrared spectrum analysis of the coating.Based on this,a technology system for fast assessment of waterproofing and anticorrosion coating service status of municipal sewage concrete structures is established,and a biological reaction pool of a sewage treatment plant in Shanghai is taken as an example.The results show that the comprehensive evaluation grade of the concrete waterproofing and anticorrosive coating of the pool body is Du grade,which is in failure state and repair measures need to be taken urgently.
