软化油对弹性体改性沥青防水卷材物理和老化性能的影响研究

摘要
研究了不同化学组成的软化油对弹性体改性沥青防水卷材热老化前后软化点、低温柔度、接缝剥离强度的影响.结果表明:饱和分含量高的软化油制备的弹性体改性沥青防水卷材具有优良的高低温性能,但接缝剥离强度较小,耐老化性能较差;而芳香分和胶质含量高的软化油制备的弹性体改性沥青防水卷材的接缝剥离强度很大、抗老化性能较好,但高低温性能较差.弹性体改性沥青防水卷材宜选用饱和分含量为 40%~60%、芳香分含量为 30%~50%的软化油.
Abstract
In this article,the effects of softening oil with different chemical composition on softening point,flexibility at low temperature,and joint peeling strength of elastomer modified bitumen waterproofing membrane before and after thermal aging are studied.The results show that the elastomer modified bitumen waterproofing membrane prepared by softening oil with high saturate content has excellent high and low temperature properties,but the joint peeling strength and the aging resistance is poor;the membrane prepared by softening oil with high aromatic content and colloid content has great joint peeling strength and good aging resistance,but poor high and low temperature performance.Softening oil with saturate content of 40%~60%and aromatic content of 30%~50%is recommended for elastomer modified bitumen waterproofing membrane.
