摘要
研究了改性沥青与自粘SBS改性沥青防水卷材的感温性,对沥青和模拟配方制得的自粘SBS改性沥青防水卷材进行了测试,得到针入度、软化点、低温柔性等数据,通过软化点、低温柔性可得出抵抗温度变化变形能力,与针入度指数评价一致.分析研究沥青作为原材料与防水卷材成品间的相关性,结果发现改性沥青的感温性和抵抗温度变化变形能力都可以对自粘聚合物改性沥青防水卷材作出评价.
Abstract
In this article,the temperature sensitivity of modified bitumen and self-adhesive SBS modified bitumen waterproofing membrane is studied.The bitumen and self-adhesive SBS modified bitumen waterproofing membrane prepared by simulated formula is tested,and data such as penetration index,softening point and low temperature flexibility are obtained.Based on the evaluation,the correlation between raw material bitumen and the finished waterproofing membrane is analyzed.The results show that both the temperature sensitivity and the resistance to temperature change of modified bitumen can be used to evaluate the self-adhesive polymer modified bitumen waterproofing membrane.
