摘要
广州五羊本田摩托轻钢结构厂房建于 2005年,经过近 20年使用,彩钢板屋面及气楼出现锈蚀和渗漏情况,需要做防腐蚀和防水修缮等维修改造.本项目采用在处理后的彩钢板基层上使用专用胶粘剂满粘单层PVC防水卷材的工艺,满足了翻新屋面的防水要求.本文重点介绍了PVC防水卷材在该屋面修缮工程中应用时各细部节点的设计做法.
Abstract
Built in 2005,Guangzhou Wuyang Honda Motorcycle light steel structure plant has been in service for nearly 20 years.The colored steel roof and ventilation structures are facing problems of rust and leakage,anti-corrosion and waterproofing repair and other maintenance work is required.In this project,single-layer PVC waterproofing membrane is adopted and fully adhered on the corrugated steel roof with special adhesive,which meets the waterproofing requirements of refurbished roof.This paper mainly introduces the design of each detail when PVC waterproofing membrane is applied in roof repair project.
