摘要
门窗洞口间隙采用单组分聚氨酯泡沫填缝剂和硅酮密封胶配合进行密封,使用不当时有可能出现应用问题,表现为硅酮密封胶表面出现凹陷、开裂或气泡.本文基于实际案例分析及模拟试验,验证了正确操作可避免这些问题,而错误操作则反之;并根据分析和试验结果,提出了正确的施工建议.
Abstract
The gap between door&window and the openings is sealed by the combination of single-component polyurethane foam caulk and silicone sealant.Application problems may occur when used improperly,which are manifested as dents,cracking or bubbles on the surface of silicone sealant.Based on the actual case analysis and simulation test,this paper verifies that correct operation can avoid these problems,while the wrong operation is vice versa.According to the analysis and test results,the correct application suggestions are put forward.
