摘要

通过对比不同界面剂(水泥基渗透结晶防水涂料、聚合物乳液、双组分新型施工缝界面剂HBA)在施工缝处粘结强度和抗渗性方面的差异,评估了双组分新型施工缝界面剂HBA的性能.结果表明,相同试验条件下双组分新型施工缝界面剂HBA粘结强度更高、抗渗性更好;该界面剂中的聚合物和胶凝材料含量较高,聚合物膜与水化产物相互交织,形成网状结构,有效提高了界面的密实度与粘结作用.

Abstract

The performance of the new two-component construction joint interfacial agent HBA is evaluated by comparing the bonding strength and impermeability differences of different interfacial agents(cementitious capillary crystalline waterproofing coating,polymer lotion,two-component new construction joint interfacial agent HBA)for construction joints.The results show that under the same experimental conditions,the two-component new construction joint interface agent HBA has higher bonding strength and better impermeability;the content of polymers and cementitious materials in this interface agent is relatively higher,and the polymer film and hydration products are interwoven to form a network structure,which effectively improves the compactness and bonding effect of the interface.
