摘要
通过融合芳香族和脂肪族类环氧树脂,引入具有自修复功能的微胶囊材料,制备了一种兼具强度和韧性的自修复型混凝土结构缝止水密封胶.实验结果表明,该密封胶拥有出色的防水性能和抗压强度,还能在受损后迅速实现自我修复,并提供有效的二次堵水能力,为提升混凝土结构缝的防水性能和使用寿命开辟了新路径.
Abstract
A self-healing sealant with both strength and toughness is prepared by combining aromatic and fatty epoxy resins and introducing self-healing microcapsule material.The experimental results show that the sealant has excellent waterproofing performance and compressive strength,and can quickly self-repair after damage,and provide effective secondary water blocking ability,which opens up a new way to improve the waterproofing performance and service life of concrete structural joints.
