通过挤出成型工艺,连续化制备出MWCNTs&ZnO@HDPE导电防水卷材,研究了不同MWCNTs(多壁碳纳米管)和ZnO含量的MWCNTs&ZnO@HDPE导电防水卷材的微观形貌、导电性能及力学性能.试验结果表明,质量分数MWCNTs为7%、ZnO为5%时,MWCNTs&ZnO@HDPE导电防水卷材具有最佳的综合性能.根据材料特性和防水工程的实际需求,基于导电防水卷材和GD32F303ZET6微控制器,开发了一套建筑渗漏感知监测系统.该系统可以监测建筑防水层的渗漏情况,这对于建筑渗漏预防具有重要意义.
Development of Leakage Sensing Waterproofing Membrane System
MWCNTs&ZnO@HDPE conductive waterproofing membrane are prepared through continuous extrusion forming process.This paper studies the microstructure,electrical conductivity and mechanical properties of the obtained MWCNTs&ZnO@HDPE membrane with different MWCNTs and ZnO content.The experimental results show that when the mass fraction of MWCNTs is 7%and ZnO is 5%,MWCNTs& ZnO@HDPE conductive waterproofing membrane has the best comprehensive performance.According to the material characteristics and actual needs of waterproofing engineering,a building leakage sensing and monitoring system has been developed based on conductive waterproofing membrane and GD32F303ZET6 microcontroller.This system can monitor the leakage of building waterproofing layers,which is of great significance for building leakage prevention.
