摘要
山东寿光极地海洋世界海洋生物观赏池、表演池、换水池等混凝土结构长期处于人工海水环境中,对结构防水防腐有着很高的要求,选用高强环保型环氧树脂防水防腐涂料,采用"二毡一布九涂四打磨"工艺,并对阴阳角、管根等细部节点进行了处理,项目完工后经7年的运行,防水层未出现渗漏、脱离、开裂等情况,防水防腐效果良好.
Abstract
Concrete structures such as the marine life viewing pool,performance pool and water exchange pool of Shouguang Polar Ocean World in Shandong Province have been exposed to artificial seawater environment in a long term,which has high requirements for structural waterproofing and anti-corrosion.High strength and environment friendly epoxy resin waterproofing and anti-corrosion coatings are selected for this project,and"two membrane,one fabric,nine coatings and four polishing"process is adopted.Details such as internal and external corners and pipe roots are treated.After 7 years of operation since completion,the waterproofing layer does not leak,detach,or crack,and the waterproofing and anti-corrosion effect is good.
