Design and Application of Distributed Control System for Environment Friendly Polyurethane Waterproofing Coating
Based on the production processing characteristics of environment friendly polyurethane waterproofing coating,distributed control system(DCS)should be adopted for the automation monitoring system.This article introduces the design and practice of an automation control scheme based on Siemens PCS7 system.The system is equipped with a dual redundant S7-410 series CPU and profinet communication method,as well as redundant settings for the ET200 SPHA module,greatly enhancing the system stability.By implementing the design concept of data sharing,centralized control and decentralized control,the strengths of PCS7 software are fully utilized.Through process optimization and fine production management,efficient automation control of coating production is realized,and the effect of energy conservation and consumption reduction is achieved.
