摘要
随着铁路建设品质的不断提升,自粘防排水板在铁路隧道工程中的应用日益广泛.本文聚焦于提升自粘防排水板的涂胶效率与精度,介绍了一种基于视觉识别技术的自动化点涂胶工艺,通过对产品本体涂胶区域进行精确定位,配合矩阵式胶枪,实现对其凸壳顶部的精准涂胶,提高了涂胶质量和生产效率,同时降低了单位产品的用胶量和整体能耗.
Abstract
With the continuous improvement of railway construction quality,the application of self-adhesive waterproofing &drainage board in railway tunnel engineering is becoming increasingly widespread.This article focuses on improving the gluing efficiency and accuracy of self-adhesive waterproofing & drainage boards.It introduces an automated spot gluing process based on visual recognition technology.By accurately positioning the gluing area of the product and working together with a matrix glue gun,precise gluing is achieved on the top of its convex shell.This not only improves the gluing quality and production efficiency,but also reduces the amount of glue used per unit product and overall energy consumption.
