摘要

对聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)和聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯-1,4-环己烷二甲醇酯(PETG)进行热裂解气质联用和DSC、TGA、DMA热分析,探究两者的微观差异.结果表明:PET和PETG有较多相同的裂解产物,1,4-二亚甲基环己烷是PETG特有的裂解产物;PETG存在环状结构,空间位阻大,相对于PET,PETG的玻璃化转变温度和结晶温度都较高,熔融温度较低,最大失重速率温度也较低,储能模量小,弹性较差.分别采用PET和PETG作为增强层应用于自粘聚合物改性沥青防水卷材,其力学性能表现为PET作为增强层制得的卷材优于PETG制得的卷材.

Abstract

Thermal cracking,gas chromatography-mass spectrometry and DSC,TGA,DMA thermal analysis are performed on polyethylene terephthalate(PET)and polyethylene terephthalate 1,4-cyclohexanedimethanol ester(PETG)to explore their microscopic differences.The results showed that PET and PETG have many similar cracking products,and 1,4-dimethylcyclohexane is a unique cracking product of PETG;PETG has a cyclic structure and high steric hindrance.Compared to PET,PETG has a higher glass transition temperature and crystallization temperature,lower melting temperature,lower maximum weight loss rate temperature,lower storage modulus and poorer elasticity.PET and PETG are respectively used as reinforcement layers for self-adhesive polymer modified bitumen waterproofing membranes,and their mechanical properties show that the membrane made of PET as the reinforcement layer is superior to the membrane made of PETG.
