摘要

制备了无机防水堵漏材料,探讨了R.SAC 42.5 水泥、P.O 42.5 水泥、石英砂用量以及水温、加水量对其凝结时间和1h抗压抗折强度的影响.结果表明:配方中主要原材料对凝结时间的影响程度依次为:R.SAC 42.5 水泥用量>P.O 42.5水泥用量>石英砂用量;加水量越多、水温越低,无机防水堵漏材料的凝结时间越长.

Abstract

Inorganic waterproofing and leak sealing materials are prepared,and the effects of R.SAC 42.5 cement,P.O 42.5 cement,quartz sand dosage,water temperature and water addition on their setting time and 1-hour compressive and flexural strength are studied.The results indicate that in the formula,the influence degree of the main raw materials on the setting time is as follows:R.SAC 42.5 cement dosage>P.O 42.5 cement dosage>quartz sand dosage;the more water is added and the lower the water temperature is,the longer the setting time of inorganic waterproofing sealing materials will be.
