摘要

模拟实际工程的钢筋坠落情况设计了抗钢筋冲击性能试验,将P类预铺防水卷材与自粘类防水卷材通过自粘搭接组合成两道防水层,分别测试一道防水层(预铺防水卷材)和两道防水层(预铺防水卷材+自粘防水卷材)的抗穿刺强度、抗冲击性能和抗钢筋冲击性能.结果表明,单独一道预铺防水卷材无法通过 0.75 kg·m强度的抗钢筋冲击性能试验;P类预铺防水卷材与聚酯胎基自粘防水卷材组成的两道防水层可以通过 4.5 kg·m强度的抗钢筋冲击性能试验;P类预铺防水卷材与高分子膜基自粘防水卷材组成的两道防水层抗钢筋冲击性能不稳定.

Abstract

A steel bar impact resistance test is designed to simulate the actual construction situation of steel bar falling.The P-type pre-laid waterproofing membrane and self-adhesive waterproofing membrane are combined into two waterproofing layers through self-adhesive overlap.The puncture strength,impact resistance and steel bar impact resistance of one waterproofing layer(pre-laid waterproofing membrane)and two waterproofing layers(pre-laid waterproofing membrane+self-adhesive waterproofing membrane)are tested separately.The results indicate that a single pre-laid waterproofing membrane cannot pass the steel bar impact resistance test with a strength of 0.75 kg·m;the two waterproofing layers composed of P-type pre-laid waterproofing membrane and polyester reinforced self-adhesive waterproofing membrane can pass the steel bar impact resistance test with a strength of 4.5 kg·m;the two waterproofing layers composed of P-type pre-laid waterproofing membrane and polymer film based self-adhesive waterproofing membrane have unstable resistance to steel bar impact.
