摘要

针对金属屋面自攻螺钉抗剪承载力计算问题,研究了多个国家的设计标准,并对比分析了各国标准体系,指出了国标(GB 50018-2002)存在的不足.研究结果表明,自攻螺钉连接构件抗剪承载力的计算应根据不同失效模式选用适当的公式.国标仅适用于承压、倾斜和拔出失效,端部剪切失效和基材钢板净截面的断裂失效可参考澳标(AS/NZS 4600-2018)、欧标(EN 1993-1-3-2006).自攻螺钉的剪切失效应由测试确定并由经销商进行质量保证.国标中自攻螺钉承载力计算采用荷载与抗力系数设计法(LRFD),必要时可提高安全系数以避免脆性断裂.

Abstract

Regarding the calculation of shearing resistance of self-tapping screws on metal roofs,the design standards of multiple countries are studied,and the standard systems of each country are compared and analyzed,and the deficiencies of the national standard(GB 50018-2002)are pointed out.The research results indicate that appropriate formula based on different failure modes should be selected for the calculation of the shear resistance of self-tapping screw connecting components.The national standard is only applicable to pressure bearing,tilting and pull-out failures.For end shear failure and fracture failure of the net section of the base steel plate,reference can be made to the Australian standard(AS/NZS 4600-2018)and the European standard(EN 1993-1-3-2006).The shear failure of self-tapping screws should be determined by testing and quality should be guaranteed by distributors.The bearing capacity calculation of self-tapping screws in the national standard adopts the load and resistance factor design method(LRFD),and if necessary,the safety factor can be increased to avoid brittle fracture.
