Study on Influencing Factors of Mineral Adhesion of Non-asphalt Based Pre-laid Waterproofing Membrane
This paper studies the effects of mineral types, particle size, unit area dosage, hot melt pressure-sensitive adhesive layer thickness and immersion treatment on the adhesion of minerals to non-asphalt based pre-laid waterproofing membranes and the peel strength between the membranes and post-cast concrete. The results show that when sintered sand with a particle size of 30~50 mesh is selected as the surficial mineral, unit area dosage is 500~600 g,the hot melt pressure-sensitive adhesive layer thickness is 0.3 mm,the obtained non-asphalt based pre-laid waterproofing membrane can achieve good mineral adhesion and high peel strength between the membrane and post poured concrete;after immersion treatment, the mineral adhesion of the membrane decreased compared to that before immersion treatment, but the effect on the peel strength between the membrane and the post poured concrete is not significant.
