摘要

采用正辛基三乙氧基硅烷、异辛基三乙氧基硅烷(液体、膏体)和异丁基三乙氧基硅烷等硅烷浸渍材料,对高标号混凝土试件进行硅烷浸渍处理,并测试吸水率比、抗碱性、渗透深度和挥发性等指标.结果表明:异辛基三乙氧基膏体硅烷防护效果最好,正辛基三乙氧基硅烷有效成分含量最低、防护效果最差,异辛基三乙氧基膏体硅烷优于异辛基三乙氧基液体硅烷.

Abstract

Silane impregnating materials such as n-octyltriethoxysilane,isooctyltriethoxysilane(liquid,paste)and isobutyl triethoxysilane are used to impregnate high-grade concrete specimens,and indicators such as water absorption ratio,alkali resistance,penetration depth and volatility are tested.The results show that isooctyltriethoxysilane paste had the best protective effect,while n-octyltriethoxysilane had the lowest content of active ingredients,and isooctyltriethoxysilane paste is superior to isooctyltriethoxysilane liquid.
