摘要
在沿海地区,台风、暴雨等恶劣天气严重影响金属屋面系统结构安全、制约项目施工进度.本文以台州国际博览中心项目为研究对象,介绍了大型场馆异形金属屋面的构造设计与施工,探讨了抗风、防水等重难点与施工关键流程.通过金属屋面构造层加强设计、优化设计节点、严控施工品质等措施,有效保证了沿海地区大型场馆异形金属屋面的抗风、防水、保温等功能性,为类似工程提供实践参考.
Abstract
In coastal areas,severe weather like typhoon and rainstorm affects metal roof safety and construction progress.This article takes Taizhou International Expo Center project as the research object,introduces the design and construction of irregular metal roofs for large venues,and explores the key difficulties,such as wind uplift resistance,waterproofing etc.,and key construction processes as well.By strengthening the design of the metal roof structural layer,optimizing the design nodes,and strictly controlling the construction quality,effectively ensures the wind uplift resistance,waterproofing,insulation and other functions of the irregular metal roof of large venues in coastal areas,providing practical reference for similar projects.
