新型HDPE卷材组合防水体系在地铁车站防水工程中的应用

摘要
北京地铁某车站项目采用1.2 mm厚高透型HDPE高分子防水卷材+1.2 mm厚非砂面背粘型高分子自粘胶膜预铺防水卷材组合防水体系施工,并对桩头、格构柱、后浇带等细部节点进行了防水处理,解决了卷材层间窜水渗漏的问题,提高了施工效率,达到了良好的防水效果.
Abstract
A combination of 1.2 mm thick high permeability HDPE waterproofing membrane and 1.2 mm sand-free surfaced back adhesive polymer film based self-adhesive pre-laid waterproofing membrane is adopted for the waterproofing system of some subway station in Beijing,and waterproofing treatment is carried out for details such as pile heads,lattice columns and post-cast strip etc.with this system,the problem of interlayer water leakage of the membranes is solved;construction efficiency is improved and good waterproofing effect is achieved.
