Study on Bonding Strength of Combined Use of Different Substrate Treatment Agents or Waterproofing Coatings
The effects of epoxy substrate treatment agent,polyvinyl alcohol substrate treatment agent and acrylic substrate treatment agent on the bonding strength of different waterproofing coatings on concrete substrate are studied in this article.It also studied the difference in bonding strength when two different waterproofing coatings used in combination.The results indicate that the use of substrate treatment agents can improve the bonding strength between waterproofing coatings and the substrates.In the case of two types of waterproofing coatings are used in combination,the bonding strength of the combined system is higher than that of the waterproofing coating with low bonding strength to the substrates,but lower than that of the waterproofing coating with high bonding strength to the substrates.When two types of waterproofing coatings are used in combination,and the waterproofing coating with high bonding strength to the substrate is placed in the bottom layer,the system has a higher bonding strength.
