装配式建筑用硅烷改性聚醚密封胶的耐候性能研究

以硅烷改性聚醚为基础聚合物,添加复配光稳定剂(UV-326+UV-770),制备了一种耐候性能优异的单组分室温固化密封胶.通过自然曝晒和紫外加速老化试验研究发现,复配光稳定剂在提高密封胶耐候性方面优于单一光稳定剂.当光稳定剂添加量未达饱和时,密封胶的耐候性随添加量增加而提升;超过饱和点后,继续增加用量则不再显著改善耐候性,并可能导致其他性能下降及成本增加.
Study on Weather Resistance of Silane Modified Polyether Sealant for Prefabricated Buildings
A single component room temperature curing sealant with excellent weather resistance is prepared by using silane modified polyether as the base polymer and adding a composite light stabilizer(UV-326+UV-770).Through natural exposure to sunlight and UV accelerated aging tests,it is found that composite light stabilizers are superior to single light stabilizers in improving the weather resistance of the sealants.When the amount of light stabilizer added is not saturated,the weather resistance of the sealant increases with the increasing of the amount added;after exceeding the saturation point,further increase in dosage will no longer significantly improve weather resistance and may lead to other performance declines and cost increases.
