目的:采用Meta分析的方法探究益生菌补充剂对改善孤独症患者异常行为问题的治疗效果.方法:通过计算机检索中国知网、万方医学网、中国生物医学文献数据库、PubMed、Cochrane Library A Web of Science、Embase等数据库,检索文献的发表时间均为建库至2023年9月15日.通过Cochrane风险偏倚评估表和非随机对照试验方法学评价指标对纳入的文献进行质量评估,研究的结局指标包括孤独症行为量表(ABC)、孤独症行为量表-台湾版(ABC-T)、社会反应量表(SRS)、孤独症治疗评估量表(ATEC)、孤独症诊断观察量表第2版(ADOS-2).采用RevMan 5.4软件对纳入的文献数据进行分析.结果:共11篇文献被纳入Meta分析,其中中文文献1篇,外文文献10篇,样本量共计469例.Meta分析结果显示在治疗后观察组的异常行为问题相关评估量表评分优于对照组(SMD=-0.32,95％CI-0.48～-0.16,P＜0.0001),且观察组与对照组在治疗结果上的差异有统计学意义.结论:根据Meta分析的结果,可以看出即益生菌补充剂在改善孤独症患者的异常行为问题方面有一定的治疗效果,通过益生菌补充剂来治疗孤独症患者的异常行为问题具有一定的可行性.
Meta-analysis of the therapeutic effect of probiotic supplements on improving abnormal behavior problems in patients with autism
Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of probiotic supplements on improving abnormal behavior problems in autistic patients by Meta-analysis.Methods:CNKI,Wanfang Medical Network,CBM,PubMed,Co-chrane Library,Web of Science,Embase and other databases were searched by a computer.The publication time of the retrieved literature was from the establishment of the database to April 15,2023.The quality of the included lit-erature was evaluated by the Cochrane risk bias assessment scale.The outcome indicators of the study included the Autism Behavior Scale(ABC),the Autism Behavior Checklist-Taiwan version(ABC-T),the Social Response Scale(SRS),the Autism Treatment Assessment Scale(ATEC),and the Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule Second Edition(ADOS-2).RevMan 5.4 software was used to analyze the included literature data.Results:A total of 11 ar-ticles were included in the meta-analysis,including 1 Chinese article and 10 foreign articles.The sample size was 469 cases.The results of Meta-analysis showed that the abnormal behavior problem related assessment scale score in the observation group was better than that in the control group after treatment(SMD=-0.32,95％CI-0.48--0.16,P＜0.0001),and the difference between the observation group and the control group was sta-tistically significant.Conclusion:According to the results of meta-analysis,it can be seen that probiotics supple-ments have a certain therapeutic effect in improving the abnormal behavior problems of autistic patients.It is feasible to treat the abnormal behavior problems of autistic patients with probiotics supplements.
