摘要
乡村振兴是党的十九大以来我国的一项重大发展战略,在这个过程中,人才是实现这些目标的关键因素.高素质的人才可以带来创新、技术和管理经验,提升乡村的经济竞争力,同时也可以改善乡村社会文化环境,促进教育、医疗、文化、体育等事业的发展,提高乡村居民的生活质量和满意度."政校行企"协同育人需要政府、高校、行业和企业等多方共同努力,形成协同发展的良好局面.通过创新人才培养模式,提高人才培养质量,为乡村振兴提供强有力的人才支持.
Abstract
Rural revitalization is a major development strategy in China since the 19th CPC National Congress.In this process,talent is the key factor to achieve these goals.High-quality talents can bring innovation,technology and management experience,enhance the economic competitiveness of rural areas,and also improve the social and cultural environment in rural areas,promote the development of education,healthcare,culture,sports and other undertakings,and improve the quality of life and satisfaction of rural residents.The collaborative education of"government-university-industry-enterprise"requires the joint efforts of the government,universities,industries and enterprises to form a good situation of collaborative development.Through innovative talent training models,improve the quality of talent training,and provide strong talent support for rural revitalization.
