This article studies the current situation and impact of operational asset management in universities after the completion of institutional reforms in their affiliated enterprises.Using the SWOT analysis method,a systematic analysis was conducted on the internal and external environment of university run enterprises,and a scientific and reasonable development path was formulated to further promote the scientific,standardized,and efficient management of operational assets in universities,providing strong support for the preservation and appreciation of university assets.
