To ensure the functional development of the development zone itself is an important prerequisite for improving the coordinated development of regions in China.However,there are two different modes in the development of the development zone:one is the administration-led mode,and the other is the self-management of the development zone.This paper clearly combed the logic of the independent development of the development zone,and put into the concrete practice,explained the significance of the pursuit of independent power under the dependence of the administrative path of our development zone,how to view and couple the relationship between the two,and also concluded that the administrative centralization and independent decentralization are not a game of survival and death,the two can achieve better compatibility in coordination.
